HILLBILLY BOURBON

In late 2014 the folks at HillBilly Spirits reached out to us through mutual friends for our help in achieving their long-time goal and dream of developing an American Whiskey Brand under the HillBilly trademark. It was very clear early on that our job was to partner with them in all aspects of Brand development including packaging and liquid development, production, marketing, and sales along with guiding them through all of the legal and regulatory hurdles of a heavily regulated industry. In other words, to create a brand from scratch and ensure its success over time. Easy right? Well, not all moments were easy, but they were fun and after 13 months of hard work we successfully launched HillBilly Bourbon in March of 2016 with two expressions, an 86 and a 101 Proof Bourbon. Since its initial launch and with our continued support the Brand has expanded into 11 markets and added two new expressions: HillBilly Rye Whiskey and HillBilly Vine (a first to market Muscadine Flavored Bourbon). Since 2016 the brand has received multiple awards for its quality whiskey and delivered a Compound Annual Growth Rate of +133%.

Needless to say, we are very proud of the partnership that developed over the last 4 years and the work that has been done and continues to be done on behalf of the HillBilly Spirits, Inc portfolio.

Tyler Distillery; a state-of-the-art American Whiskey distillery named after the company’s founder.

GUILLERMO T. RODRIGUEZ
FOUNDER & CEO

Guillermo has over 25 years of commercial and general management experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry and is the Founder and CEO of 4 Corners Spirits Company, a Limited Liability Company dedicated to the creation, distribution, and development of premium alcoholic beverages and the Chairman and CEO of HillBilly Spirits, Inc. Prior to his current role Guillermo’s career spanned multiple U.S. and International markets as well as varying roles as a supplier and distributor, including executive management, sales & marketing, operations, innovation, shopper marketing, and national accounts. Guillermo’s success and accomplishments are driven by his ability, willingness and dedication to apply industry expertise and logic to innovative solutions driven by superior team execution. Most recently Guillermo was employed as the Vice President of Business Development for the Charmer Sunbelt Group. Guillermo’s career began in the Beverage Alcohol industry in 1994 with Bacardi U.S.A. In 1998 he accepted an international position to lead the start-up of a wholly owned subsidiary for Bacardi Limited dedicated to the importation, marketing, and distribution of international premium spirits in the Dominican Republic. In 2001, after having successfully managed Bacardi Dominicana, Guillermo became V.P. of Sales & Operations with Bacardi Caribbean Corporation and served on the Steering Committee for the company’s largest Production facility, based in Puerto Rico. In 2006, Guillermo rejoined Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. as the V.P. National Sales Director for Bacardi Innovations before becoming Vice President of National Retail Accounts. In 2010 Guillermo became V.P. Managing Director of the East Business Unit responsible for all aspects of the commercial business for the Bacardi Portfolio spanning 14 markets equal to approximately 40% of the total US volume.

Through the benefit of learning from his family’s long history in the beverage alcohol business and his parents’ commitment to family, ethics and morale’s, Guillermo has built a reputation in the industry for his ability to build mutually productive and long-lasting relationships and growing businesses by staying committed to the long term greater good.

Guillermo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from St. Thomas University as well as completed executive education at the Wharton School of Business and the Darden School Business at the University of Virginia.

MIGUEL F. RODRIGUEZ
NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

Miguel joined 4 Corners Spirits Company with over twenty-nine years of sales management experience with a superior record of consistently performing above management expectations. Prior to his current role, Miguel spent 16 years with Bacardi USA driving transformational change in the way Bacardi and its brands went to market over several different channels. Miguel spent his first 8 years bringing innovative programming to the National Accounts On-Premise channel working with the top customers in the hotel, casual dining, fine dining and concessions channels. He built a lifetime reputation in the segment and the industry, he also was recognized for his work by winning several supplier awards from key customers. Miguel’s success continued as he took on new challenges within the industry spending the next 8 years driving the Bacardi portfolio in the on and off-premise channels by working collaboratively with his distributor partners in both Texas and Florida markets. Miguel is now leveraging his industry knowledge, experience and talents to develop new to the world brands with 4 Corners Spirits Company. His strengths include: Self-motivated strong leader with creative and problem-solving abilities, an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and great communication and execution skills. He’s a firm believer in building relationships, honoring commitments and passionate about developing talent for future growth.

RYAN ANDREW WOODREY
Florida District Manager

Ryan is an up and coming leader in our Company and industry having learned the business from the ground up. Ryan began his career with 4 Corners Spirits Company as a Market Manager in the state of Florida and now with 3+ years’ experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry Ryan currently holds the position of Florida District Manager, spending most of his time building and leveraging key relationships, selling to On and Off premise accounts and managing his assigned distributor partners goals and execution.

Prior to 4 Corners, Ryan attended Nova Southeastern University where he attained a Masters degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management. Ryan graduated with honors all while being a Scholarship athlete. Additionally, while attending Nova Southeastern University he secured an internship with Premier Beverage of Florida (Now Breakthru Beverage Florida) where he began his learning and interest in the Wine and Spirits Industry. After graduation, Ryan went on to work for Axelacare, an IV drug Pharmacy for homecare. Making cold calls and selling to multiple hospitals and private doctors, successfully growing his territory and increasing sales revenue by more than double in just 6 short months.
